1.9% then!! This government are just appalling and should be ashamed of themselves with this stab in the back!
Annual pay review is what it is meant to be so why wont they implement it from when it is meant to be from, i.e September 1st? They may as well have given us 1.9% from September [...]

So arbitration has come up with a figure 2.5%, this is technically a pay cut in real terms with inflation being higher!!
But we agreed to abide by the arbitrators so will the Home Secretary ratify this and stick to the agreement of arbitration?
However WE ARE NOT HAPPY!!
